 Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to provide high-quality products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below:

Return

  1. Eligibility for Returns : At Chokar every product goes through quality check before being packed however in an unlikely event of an incorrect or defective product was delivered to you, i.e. the product does not match the item description mentioned on the website or a defective product is delivered.
  2. Timeframe: You may initiate the return process within 48 hours of the products delivery
  3. Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund.

Do note - All our products are handmade by experienced artisans, one piece at a time, making each piece unique. Due to this process, a slight variation in colour tone, shape or size may occur between products which is not regarded as a defect and will not be eligible for return or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items - Custom or personalized ceramics; and Sale or clearance items. Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case.

How to Initiate a Return-

  1. Initiate the return by emailing us at chokarbydevinanigam@gmail.com to request a return authorization. Please include your order number, delivery address, unboxing video along with clear photos of defective or the incorrect product and the reason for the return within 48 hours of delivery with the following information. Do remember no requests will be considered if sent post 48 hours of receiving the delivery of the product.
  2. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  3. Replacement: Please let us know while initiating a return whether you'd like the product replaced or a refund. Should we find ourselves in a situation where we are unable to provide you with a replacement against your ordered product owing to unforeseen circumstances, then we will notify you, and thereafter will process the refund of the paid amount within 10 business days.
  4. Once received the product will undergo inspection at our end and it will be determined if your purchase is eligible for refund only if it meets the following conditions: If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect or damage as mentioned by the customer, and the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds-

  • We have a 10-days refund policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a refund
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at chokarbydevinanigam@gmail.com

 

Important to note in cases of -

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address or contact details or unavailability at shipping address to receive - Our delivery partner will make up to three delivery attempts to deliver the package incase of unavailability. Thereafter the order will be canceled and considered null & void. Customer will have to forfeit the money in such a scenario.
  • Refusal to accept orders leads to the package being retuned immediately to the base center. We would be happy to reship the package if the customer bears the shipping fee of INR 150. Else the order will be canceled and considered null & void. Customer will have to forfeit the money in such a scenario.
